For the last 15 years, Priscilla C. Agoncillo has been a prominent global activist and entrepreneur in the Cannabis & Psychedelics Industry. She is an international speaker, contributing writer and cannabis expert for the media. Priscilla is Co-Founder of Original Breeders League, a multiple-award winning cannabinoid genetics farm and Founder of TRUFFE Plant Biosciences. Priscilla currently serves as President of the Cannabinoid Industry Association (CBDIA). Priscilla works diligently on supporting the presence of minority women as entrepreneurs & leaders in the Cannabis Industry.

Russell Bennett, B.Sc., LL.B., Founder of Cannabis Law, Barristers & Solicitors, Toronto, Canada
Russell Bennett became a lawyer in 1997, prior to establishing a career in film, theatre and documentary production. In 1998, Bennett produced and directed the documentary STONED: Hemp Nation on Trial, nominated for Best Political Documentary at Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival, which followed the test case and trial of Christopher Clay, owner of Hemp Nation, Canada’s first hemp store. In 2004, Bennett created the award-winning multi-character solo play, The Reefer Man, which told the story of a lawyer, who grows award-winning marijuana in his basement and transforms into an underground cannabis superhero. In 2018, Bennett founded Cannabis Law, a full-service cannabis law firm to help small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs grow. In 2019, he wrote the first annotated version of Canada’s Cannabis Act titled Canada’s Cannabis Act: Annotation & Commentary. Hard-hitting and hysterically quick, Rayzor combines his life experiences as a child growing up in a Caribbean household to becoming an adult here in the United States. He offers a wacky insight on the views of an outsider. Originally from the planet of Brooklyn, Rayzor is the only one of his siblings to be born in the United States. Rayzor had to help his parents quickly adapt to the American way of life. “Growing up as the child of two immigrants, all I knew how to do was work hard “; and work hard he has. In his almost two (2) decade career as a comedian Rayzor has achieved pinnacles and valleys but always has maintained a positive outlook. He has become a crowd favorite as a feature and headlining act at comedy clubs from New York to L.A. to Miami. He has been seen in music videos with the likes of Lil Jon and the Eastside Boys, Trick Daddy Dollars, Trina, Ludacris, Fat Joe and Baby from Cash Money; and his talents were seen on HBO in “P. Diddy Presents; The Bad Boys Of Comedy”. He has also made his directorial debut with his documentary, “Real Talk: Hip Hop Comedy”, which was originally distributed through Koch Distribution for Mercury Entertainment. His dream is to leap on to the big screen and at his current pace Hollywood is not a far off.

Felecia L. Dawson, MD, Cannabis Advocate, Educator, Holistic Gynecology, Functional Medicine, Wellness Consultant
Dr. Dawson is a passionate wellness physician who practices holistic, integrative and functional medicine. With over 30 years of experience in women’s healthcare, Dr. Dawson has been acknowledged by Essence Magazine as one of the leading Black female obstetrician gynecologists in the nation. Dr. Dawson is the first physician in Georgia to join the Society of Cannabis Clinicians. Understanding the healing power of cannabis, Dr. Dawson works with numerous grassroots organizations to decriminalize this amazing medicinal plant. She has been at the forefront advocating for social equity for those who have been marginalized by the criminal justice system.

Deborah Johnson, Director of Business Development at MCA Accounting Solutions
Deborah has extensive knowledge and networks in entrepreneurship and early stage investments in the technology, life sciences and consumer products industries with a focus on the cannabis and hemp industry. An experienced manager in program and partner development, she has directed investor relations with angels, family offices and funds. She’s led various angel investment groups including President, Keiretsu Forum Miami and Director, Arcview Ventures managing fundraising, advising and structuring. Currently she serves as Director of Business Development at MCA Accounting Solutions, a boutique accounting firm primarily focused on the cannabis industry. She’s an ambitious executive who creates strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.

John E. Oxendine, Entrepreneur, Operator, Investor and Lender
Mr. Oxendine is currently Chairman, President and CEO of Blackstar, LLC and Blackstar LP, both management companies which provide consulting and management services to the communications industry. Mr. Oxendine earned an M.B.A. from Harvard University, Graduate School of Business in 1971. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Hunter College in 1965. He has a working knowledge of Spanish and French, and some familiarity with Russian. Mr. Oxendine has written several articles on venture capital and media investing that have been published in the Bar Association Law Journal, Duke University Law Review, Journal of Minority Business Finance, and Sound Management.

Ronit Pinto, Founder and Publisher, Honeysuckle and Honey Pot Magazines
Honeysuckle, their flagship brand, is a digital and print publication exploring gender and sexuality, racial politics, the environment, pop culture and cannabis. Ronit has a background in journalism and film. She began her career at the Jerusalem Post and later published in several outlets including as a beauty writer for Allure Magazine. Ronit worked as a publisher’s assistant before merging journalism with film, She worked on big budget films across several departments in New York and Detroit. Ronit began Honeysuckle in Detroit, as an outlet for intellectual curiosity with a soul – an educational, stimulating publication with high visual and cultural impact. Jaison Raju, Small Business Development Specialist II, Palm Beach County OEBO
Jaison is a Small Business Development Specialist II with the Office of Equal Business Opportunity and his tenures with local agencies/nonprofits in South Florida were in the areas of supplier diversity/inclusion, small business support and economic development. Jaison also worked in Southeast Michigan where he provided leadership and program direction to TechTown, Detroit’s largest business incubator and research park, his work resulted in the consolidation of resources into one leading signature program, scaling it from 15 startups to 107 startup clients. This resulted in 4.25M in funding from a regional fund-of-funds and 0.5M funding from the Kauffman Foundation. Jaison has an MBA from Wayne State University and has recently completed a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) with the Executive program within Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business.

Rashaunah “Shawnee” Williams, Co-founder at Illinois Equity Staffing
Rashaunah “Shawnee” Williams is the co-founder at Illinois Equity Staffing, a minority, disabled and woman-owned business based in Chicago, that supports the cannabis industry in education, job placement, human resources, payroll and social equity & diversity compliance. Shawnee and her business partner Lynette Johnson founded Illinois Equity Staffing because they understood the barriers to entry for lower and middle-class people, minorities and women in the cannabis industry. She’s a member of IWC, Chicago Norml, MCBA, the Equity Coalition and the Social Equity Empowerment Network. She also serves on the Human Resources Committee with the National Cannabis Industry Association.
