Michael Athill

Co-founding North America’s first 100% black-owned federally licensed cannabis cultivation and processing facility is not only an incredible achievement but also a headline-worthy milestone on LinkedIn. However, my determination doesn’t end there. Each day, I’m inundated with inquiries from members of the BIPOC community, individuals who view their involvement in the cannabis industry as a means to elevate themselves and their families. I take these inquiries to heart, and it’s this very need and desire that gave birth to the S.E.E.D. Initiative. Its mission is to empower more individuals who share my passion to attain success, irrespective of their starting point.
